  • How do I use my Sport Chalet Reward Points?

    Once you reach 2,500 reward points, you will automatically be sent a $25 Sport Chalet Visa Reward Certificate, good at any Sport Chalet store. 1  

     

  • Will returns affect my Reward Points balance?

    Yes, if you make a return to your Sport Chalet Visa your Reward Point balance will reflect the deducted point value.

     

  • How can I find out how many Sport Chalet Visa Reward Points I have?

    You can view your point activity on your monthly statement, or you can call Cardmember Services at 866-637-0264 to hear about your point activity.

     

  • Why can’t I view my Reward Points in Internet Banking?

     

    The Internet Banking Rewards Center currently displays only Cards that require users to request a rewards redemption. With the Sport Chalet Visa Card, we automatically send your $25 Sport Chalet Visa Reward Certificate once you reach 2,500 points, so there's no need to request a redemption!  In early 2009, we will be adding online functionality which will allow you to view your earned and pending rewards from within Internet Banking.  In the meantime, to learn more about your rewards balance or your automatic reward redemption please call Cardmember Services at 1-866-637-0264.

1 Every 2,500 points earned on your Sport Chalet Visa Card will automatically be redeemed for a $25 Sport Chalet Visa Reward Certificate valid for use at Sport Chalet retail locations. Sport Chalet Visa Reward Certificates expire 90 days from date of issuance. Reward points expire five (5) years from the date earned. Complete terms and conditions for the Sport Chalet Visa Reward Program, including rules regarding net purchases, the redemption, expiration, loss or cancellation of points, awards, award thresholds, eligibility, or participation, and U.S. Bank's right to amend or terminate the Program are set forth in the Sport Chalet Visa Cardmember Agreement which will be provided to Sport Chalet Visa Cardmembers.

2 Sport Chalet Customers who are approved for the Sport Chalet Visa Card will be automatically enrolled in the Action PassTM membership program if they are not already Action PassTM members.

3 Sport Chalet Visa Cardmembers will receive five (5) Sport Chalet Visa reward points for each dollar ($1) of net purchases made at Sport Chalet. This translates to 5% back on qualifying purchases. Reward points will not be awarded for net purchases during a statement period if the Account is not open and current on the statement date. Reward points earned on items that are later returned will be deducted from your account. Reward points will not be awarded for balance transfers, cash advances, other Account advances and other non-purchase transactions as defined in the Cardmember Agreement.

4 Action PassTM members earn one (1) Action PassTM point for each dollar ($1) spent on Sport Chalet merchandise, rentals and services. Action PassTM members receive a $10 Reward Certificate for every 300 Action PassTM points earned. This translates to 3.3% back on qualifying purchases. Points will not be awarded for sales tax, shipping charges or other excluded charges or on the purchase of Sport Chalet gift cards. Points earned on items that are later returned will be deducted from your account and any corresponding reward certificates may be invalidated. Points have no cash value. 5 Sport Chalet Visa Cardmembers will receive one (1) Sport Chalet Visa reward point for each dollar ($1) of net purchases made everywhere else Visa is accepted and charged to a Sport Chalet Visa Card Account. Reward points will not be awarded for net purchases during a statement period if the Account is not open and current on the statement date. Reward points earned on items that are later returned will be deducted from your account. Reward points will not be awarded for balance transfers, cash advances, other Account advances and other non-purchase transactions as defined in the Cardmember Agreement.
